How do you choose the SDR assigned to our engagement? +
The SDR is chosen based on three criteria: sector experience (we prioritise profiles from your market), knowledge of the decision-makers you are targeting, and availability to start within your desired timeframe. You meet your SDR before launch — they present the weekly call and remain your direct point of contact throughout the engagement.
Can you share sector-specific references during a briefing? +
Yes, systematically. During the onboarding brief, your Account Lead presents similar missions completed in your sector — the decision-makers approached, types of projects detected, sales cycles encountered. What worked for your peers serves as a starting point, not a rigid template.
Do you work with SMBs as well as enterprise accounts? +

How long does an average engagement last? +
An engagement can deliver first results within the first month — first outreach is launched within 2 weeks. In practice, engagements often run 6 to 18 months. Some clients have worked with Seventic for over 10 years on scopes that evolve over time.
Are your references exclusive clients? +
Seventic can prospect for several players in the same sector, but never simultaneously on the same targets. Before every launch, we check for potential conflicts of interest and define exclusivity rules — geographic or sector-based — with you if needed. Transparency on this point is part of our trust commitment.
